Shipping policy

At Dresior, our commitment is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of your package within the specified timeframes. To facilitate this, it is essential that your address information is entered correctly and includes all pertinent details. Please provide accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details (if applicable) to ensure the seamless delivery of your package. We cannot assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from inaccuracies in the address information provided during the purchase process.

All orders are subject to processing time, which is distinct from the transit time of the shipment.

A. TRANSIT, PROCESSING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Processing time: Please allow 5 - 7 business days for order processing and preparation for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

Anticipated delivery: Your order is expected to reach you within approximately 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the shipping date. Although we collaborate with various shipping partners, USPS typically manages the final delivery.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated overall delivery time: 12-17 business days (Monday to Friday)

During high-demand periods such as holidays, Christmas, and New Year, shipping times may experience delays, leading to longer-than-usual delivery times.

B. SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders within the USA.

C. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. However, once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellations are no longer accepted.

D. DELIVERY TERMS

We use Port Express for delivering our products.

E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. For address change assistance, contact us at support@dresior.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

F. TRACKING

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status until it reaches your specified location.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it if possible and promptly contact customer service. If the parcel is delivered in your absence, reach out to customer service to determine the next steps.
