At Dresior, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will swiftly send you a replacement or issue a complete refund. In such cases, there is no requirement to return the item. We take full responsibility for any inconvenience caused during your shopping experience.
Returns:
At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. Our business operates on a made-to-order basis, and we do not keep any inventory or stock on hand.
If you need to make any modifications to your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time you placed your order. Once your order has been forwarded to the fulfillment center, it will no longer be possible to cancel or make changes.
We kindly request that you carefully read the description of each item before placing your order. Each product is accompanied by a sizing chart to assist you in selecting the appropriate size. It is equally important to provide accurate information when finalizing your order.
However, in the event that we have mistakenly shipped you the wrong order, please notify us immediately, and we will promptly send you the correct item. In such cases, there is no need to return the item; consider it a gift from us to you.
Refunds:
We are more than happy to provide replacements or issue a full refund for any damaged or defective items. To initiate this process, please kindly submit photo evidence within 30 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the tracking website and the shipping label associated with your order.
Late Delivery or Missing Order:
After 45 days from the date of placing your order, we provide a 50% refund. If your order has not been delivered or is still missing after 60 days from the date of placing your order, we offer a full refund.
Order Cancellation:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, you may only cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the moment you placed your order. Once this designated time period has elapsed, your order will be forwarded to the fulfillment centers, and cancellation will no longer be feasible.
Exchanges:
We offer replacements exclusively for items that are defective or damaged within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking website. If you require an exchange for the same product, please contact us via email at support@dresior.com and include photo evidence.
Upon approval of the provided photo, we will promptly send you a replacement item, and there is no requirement to return the defective product.
Please be aware that exchange requests resulting from customer errors, such as incorrect size, design, or color selection, are typically not accepted
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first. Subsequently, it is advisable to contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially credited.
Additionally, we suggest contacting your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
