Care Instructions: How to Keep Your Custom Printed Apparel Looking Vibrant and New

Your Dresior t-shirts, hoodies, and other items are printed with high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) inks designed for soft feel and lasting color. With proper care, your custom designs can stay bright and crack-free for dozens of washes – many customers report their prints looking great after 50+ cycles!

Follow these easy steps to maximize longevity:

Essential Do's and Don'ts:

  • Turn Inside Out — Always wash inside out to protect the print from friction.
  • Cold Water Wash — Use gentle cycle with cold water (30°C/86°F max) and mild detergent.
  • No Bleach or Harsh Chemicals — Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or stain removers – they can fade colors.
  • Air Dry Preferred — Hang dry or lay flat for best results. Tumble dry low heat only if necessary (remove promptly).
  • Iron Inside Out — Low heat, and never iron directly on the print.

Quick Reference Table

Step Recommended Avoid
Washing Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle Hot water, bleach, heavy agitation
Detergent Mild, phosphate-free Fabric softener, strong chemicals
Drying Air dry (hang or flat) High heat tumble dry
Ironing Inside out, low heat Direct iron on print

Minor fading or softening over time is normal with any printed apparel, but these tips will keep your Dresior pieces looking sharp much longer.
